Firm Media’s Capabilities


In the late 1990s and early 2000s, digital marketing presented a growing opportunity — and challenge — for medical practices. Search engines, video content, and social media changed the way that doctors engaged new and current patients.

In response, practices sought guidance from professional marketing companies. Unfortunately, too many businesses with too little expertise were all too happy to take their money. Few of these marketing companies used data in making decisions, offered accountability for outcomes, or even listened to their clients.

After years of seeing medical providers struggle with existing marketing companies, our founders offered a better solution. Firm Media launched in June 2008, dedicated to serving clients in a way that was more thoughtful, strategic, and focused on providing lasting benefits.

Firm Media’s CEO, Christopher Suchánek, founded Project Boon in 2011. Since that time, Firm Media’s leadership and staff have donated thousand of hours in service to Project Boon’s mission.

Community Giving
Project Boon and its local partners host several holiday-based events each year to provide underserved families with food, medical care, and other essential resources.

Operation Devolver
The Project Boon team collects donations of toys, school supplies, and household essentials and travels to Tuxpan, Mexico to distribute them to families in need. 

Eat & Be Well
Project Boon’s one-day Thanksgiving event supports underserved people in Southern California, providing meals, entertainment, and social services that can change their lives.
