Junior Website Designer

Seeking a designer to work as part of a team with creative director, development and SEO manager. Looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated team player. The designer will be assisting creative director in designing various products from print (branding, ads) to web (ads, social media covers, website. This is a full-time in-office position

All candidates must have experience with the following

  • Multitasking
  • Taking ownership of and completing tasks
  • Willingness to learn and adjust to complex situations

Responsibilities

  • Follow creative director’s direction
  • Complete assignments before deadlines
  • Create conversion friendly webdesign
  • Create attractive branded assets
  • Create print materials
  • Interview client’s needs and be able to communicate design concept to clients

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Strong sense of branding, typography, color and layout skills
  • Proficient in photo retouch and photography is a plus
  • Familiar with web and responsive design. Need to be able to go from concept to finish product. Needs to understand and analyze UX to create the most conversion friendly UI
  • Basic understanding of HTML CSS
  • Basic understanding of wordpress
  • Basic understand of print production
  • Applies function over form
  • Strong desire to learn and stay on top of new technologies

Entry Level Search Engine Marketer

Entry Level Search Engine Marketer position. Work with our Search Engine Marketing team to create and maintaining SEM campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and managing multiple AdWords campaigns
  • Assist in compiling Analytics reports
  • Setting up and maintaining multiple Retargeting campaigns

Preferred Skills/Experience-

  • Basic knowledge of Google products (specifically AdWords, Tag Manager & Analytics)
  • Understanding of what retargeting is
  • Passion for data and analytics
  • Ability to recognize patterns within data
  • Excel knowledge a plus
  • Ability to communicate data and insights to team members in a concise manner

Search Engine Optimizer

We are looking for a person who is as passionate about Search Engine Optimization.  The SEO specialist will implement and manage advanced SEO strategies and campaigns designed to increase traffic, customer engagement, and return on investment for our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop SEO strategy for improvement and optimization
  • Recommend updates to website architecture, design and content to improve rankings
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends to maximize ROI
  • Track, report, and analyze SEO performance and website analytics
  • Optimize site content and blog posts
  • Perform ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization
  • Work with the design and development team to ensure accurate implementation of improvements
  • Work with writers to create compelling SEO content

Qualifications:

  • Proven SEO experience including link building and viral strategies
  • Experience with Google and Bing’s Analytics, Webmaster and Keyword tools
  • Experience with back-end SEO elements which as metadata and crosslinking
  • Experience with effective local and long-tail search strategy
  • Strong preference for experience doing this for a multi-lingual website
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
  • Solid grasp of how blogging, social media, and related strategies work with SEO
  • Deep understanding of mobile SEO strategies
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a rapidly evolving environment with minimal oversight
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Knowledge of WordPress, html, and CSS
  • The ability to work with back-end SEO elements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital design/media, or related area.
  • One year of experience in conducting marketing analytics.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
