Client Manager

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Compensation: $28 per hour

As a Client Manager you will play pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Client Managers serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and work closely with internal company teams to deliver exceptional service. We expect Client Managers to be reliable professionals able to achieve a balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, developing strong relationships built on trust and understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Communication: Interact with clients and internal company teams daily, ensuring clear and effective communication to drive project success.
  • Account Planning: Collaborate with clients to create strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for growth and proposing solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage the execution of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions, office activities, team meetings, and client meetings to contribute to the overall success and culture of the company.
  • Documenting: Maintain accurate records of account activity and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to identify up-sell opportunities and maintain alignment on all client activity.

Lead Generation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Manager to oversee and manage our client-facing lead generation services. This role will be responsible for leading various departments focused on delivering effective and data-driven lead generation solutions for our clients, including Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, review management, and social media marketing and advertising. The ideal candidate will be skilled at developing strategies that drive client success, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the efficient execution of all campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Strategy Development & Execution:
    • Develop customized lead generation strategies for clients that align with their business objectives and target audience.
    • Oversee the execution of campaigns across PPC, email marketing, review management, and social media platforms to generate high-quality leads for clients.
    • Ensure the seamless integration and coordination of multi-channel marketing initiatives for optimal client results.
  • Department Oversight & Coordination:
    • Manage and guide the lead generation departments, providing strategic direction and support.
    • Ensure all teams are aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
    • Drive collaboration among departments to optimize campaign performance and client satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Track and analyze the performance of client campaigns, using data to optimize and improve lead quality and volume.
    • Provide clients with detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights and strategic recommendations.
    • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to maximize client success.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Present campaign results, insights, and strategic plans to clients, ensuring they understand the value of services provided.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Mentor and support the lead generation teams, encouraging professional growth and ensuring high-quality output.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, share insights, and discuss upcoming projects or challenges.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that inspires creative and effective lead generation strategies.
  • Innovation & Market Trends:
    • Stay up-to-date on best practices and making sure the team is following those practices.
    • Stay up to date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing.
    • Continuously explore new technologies and methodologies to keep the firm’s services competitive and innovative.
    • Test and implement new lead generation techniques and share findings with teams for wider adoption.
