With his impressive background, and training in both the sciences and the arts, Dr. Manios wanted to be branded as an elite and ethical injectable practitioner. He wanted to ensure that Bay Area patients looking for the best possible results from injectables should trust him, over RNs, dentists and other injectable providers, due to his education, artful touch and ethical medical practices, including providing free, extensive consultations with potential clients to examine their facial features and explain to them the realistic results they could expect from procedures like BOTOX injections or a liquid facelift. Additionally, Dr. Manios wanted to develop a website to attract and maintain patients, with the extensive tracking to really know the ROI of his digital campaign.
Dr. Manios wanted to approach his campaign in 2 phases: website build and then marketing. The first step was to have extensive conversations with Dr. Manios about how envisioned his website looking and what Firm Media can do to help him become the premier option for injectables in the Bay Area. These conversations also included very detailed talks about how the content on the website should be implemented to ensure prospective patients understood the uniqueness of Dr. Manios and his practice. Our goal was to make sure that patients understood Dr. Manios was entirely dedicated to their goals and that they understood he would be the one doing the injectables, not a RN. Knowing that there would be a phase 2 to this campaign which included Email Marketing (and knowing that Dr. Manios did not have much in terms of traffic and leads from his old website), we also decided to implement a Pricing Form for Dr. Manios. We knew this would be the easiest way to get email addresses from patients so that we could remarket to them. Having pricing on the website is something that most physicians don’t provide upfront, but it was important for Dr. Manios to share due to his commitment to ethical aesthetic treatment and business practices.
The result of extensive conversations and really getting to know to Dr. Manios and what he stands for is a truly beautiful website that provides a unique experience for his prospective patients.
